David Bethea

President

David Beathea, a former small business owner with nearly 30 years of leadership in franchising, has been serving as President of Rainbow International® since 2002.

Bethea also serves as Vice President of International Relations for The Dwyer Group, a worldwide franchise holding corporation that counts Rainbow, Aire Serv® Heating and Air Conditioning, Glass Doctor®, Mr. Appliance®, Mr. Rooter®, Mr. Electric®, and The Grounds Guys™ as its subsidiaries.

David first joined The Dwyer Group in 1994 when he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of E.K. Williams & Co., at the time owned by The Dwyer Group. In 1997, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of both E.K. Williams & Co. and General Business Services, also owned by The Dwyer Group at the time.

After briefly leaving the organization to pursue other career interests, he rejoined The Dwyer Group in 2001. He was soon named head of Rainbow’s operations, where he now leads an organization dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

David believes the success of his organization springs from passionate employees who stand together to deliver quality worksmanship and service to each and every customer.

Rob White
Vice President, Operations

An award-winning Rainbow International franchise owner, Rob White serves as Vice President of Operations. Rob is responsible for business training and support of all Rainbow franchisees.

Being a successful franchisee since 2004, Rob has been named Rainbow’s 2008 Franchisee of the Year. With more than 20 years of field and business operation experience, Rob has worked successfully in operations and national sales for several large companies, including Pepsico and AMF Bowling Worldwide, before joining the Rainbow family in 2004.

Jack A. White, CR, WLS
Vice President, Technical Services

With more than three decades of experience working in the restoration services industry, Jack White serves as the Vice President of Technical Services for Rainbow International. Jack is accountable for field training, technical services and support, as well as research and development for Rainbow International.

Having been with Rainbow International since 1981, Jack’s wealth of industry knowledge and leading-edge field expertise has earned him many accolades among his peers. Jack was a member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators and a regional supervisor for the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration in Texas. Jack is also an IICRC- accredited instructor in Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning and Odor Control. Jack’s House, the state-of-the-art water restoration training facility, is named in his honor.

Reneé DuBois Lopez
Vice President, Administration

Reneé DuBois Lopez ran a flourishing Rainbow franchise in the early 1980′s before becoming a leading franchise consultant. Her career eventually led to her role as Rainbow International’s Vice President of Administration.

Serving in her position since 2003, Reneé is responsible for the creation new innovative systems for restoration as well as enhancing existing systems. She deals with compliance issues, manual updates, and overseeing and development of regional training. Earning the President’s Choice Award twice, Reneé has earned many awards for her leadership, including Rainbow’s Franchise Counselor of Year five time as well as being a member of the Rainbow International Hall of Fame.
